Does CoffeeCup offers free trials?
Yes. All qualified customers receive a fully featured 14 day trial of CoffeeCup after participating the product demo.
Where are the servers hosted?
All CoffeeCup servers are hosted at Amazon Webservices (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany and comply to the German and European privacy policies DSGVO and GDPR.
How is my data protected?
We use Amazon Web Services for our IT infrastructure. Amazon is one of the world's largest and leading providers of hosting solutions and undergoes risk and security checks of its software and hardware at regular intervals. All Amazon servers are ISO 27001 accredited. This provides you and your data with the highest level of security.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
Yes. We provide a 30% discount for 12 months for qualified startups. Please send your application including the year founded, number of employees and how you want to use coffeecup to our sales team at sales@coffeecup.app. We reach out to you once we have processed your application.
How does CoffeeCup operate?
CoffeeCup is a software as a service (SaaS) that can be used on all common browsers and operating systems. We also provide native desktop widgets for MacOS and Windows computers.
